“Kiss Me I’m Polish” Cosmo

         

Szarlotka (Shaar-loat-kah) aka “Polish Apple Pie”

         

Ingredients

1-1/2 oz. Zubrowka bison grass vodka

4 to 6 oz. of hard cider

Special equipment: ice, apple slices for garnish (optional)

Preparation

Add vodka to a tall glass with ice, and top with hard cider. Garnish with apple slices, if desired.

“Polska Pride” Shots

         

Preparation

Fill the shot glass halfway with cherry liqueur. Place a spoon over the shot glass and slowly pour vodka onto the spoon so that it layers on top of the cherry liqueur.  

Ingredients

1/2 oz. Chopin vodka

1/2 oz. cherry liqueur

Special Equipment: spoon

Preparation

Combine vodka, rose liqueur, cranberry juice, lemon juice and ice in a cocktail shaker; shake.
Pour into a martini glass and top with champagne. Garnish with lemon peel, if desired. 

Ingredients

1-1/2 oz. Chopin vodka

1/2 oz. rose liqueur

1/2 oz. cranberry juice

1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 oz. champagne

“Punchy Piwo” Flavored Beer

         

Ingredients

16 oz. Tyskie Polish beer

Raspberry syrup (to taste)

Preparation

Fill a pint glass with Tyskie beer. Add raspberry syrup to taste.

Ingredients

1 oz. Dorda Double Chocolate Liqueur

½ oz. Chopin Polish Vodka

½ oz peppermint schnapps

Candy cane or crushed peppermints for garnish


Preparation

Combine vodka, Dorda liquer and peppermint schnapps in a cocktail shaker.
Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into frosted martini glasses and serve immediately.

Optional: Garnish with candy cane, or coat rim with simple syrup and
garnish with crushed peppermints.
